Returns & Cancellations
מדיניות זו נמסרת בהתאם לחוק הגנת הצרכן, התשמ״א-1981, ולתקנות הביטול שמכוחו. אין באמור כדי לגרוע מזכויותייך על פי דין.
זכות הביטול החוקית
על פי הדין בישראל, צרכן רשאי בדרך כלל לבטל עסקת מכר מרחוק בתוך 14 ימים מיום קבלת המוצר או מיום קבלת מסמך העסקה, לפי המאוחר.
שמלות בתפירה אישית
כל שמלה של אליהב ששון מיוצרת במיוחד עבור הלקוחה, לפי מידותיה ובקשותיה. בהתאם לסעיף 14ג(ד) לחוק הגנת הצרכן, טובין שיוצרו במיוחד עבור הצרכן פטורים מזכות הביטול הרגילה. לפיכך, לאחר תחילת ייצור שמלה בתפירה אישית, לא ניתן לבטל את ההזמנה או לקבל החזר.
ביטול לפני תחילת הייצור
אם ברצונך לבטל, אנא צרי קשר בהקדם האפשרי. כל עוד טרם החלה העבודה על השמלה, נבטל את ההזמנה ונשיב לך את מלוא התשלום, בניכוי דמי ביטול כמותר בחוק (הנמוך מבין 5% מערך העסקה או 100 ש״ח).
מצב המוצר המוחזר
כאשר החזרה או החלפה מתקבלת על פי מדיניות זו או על פי דין, יש להחזיר את השמלה כשאינה לבושה, ללא שינויים, ועם כל התוויות המקוריות. פריט שנלבש, שונה או שיש בו סימני שימוש לא יתקבל.
החלפות ותיקונים
מאחר שכל שמלה נתפרת במיוחד לפי מידותייך, לא ניתן להחליפה בסגנון, מידה או צבע אחרים. לצורך התאמה מושלמת ניתן לבצע תיקונים סבירים בתיאום; תיקונים הנדרשים עקב שינוי במידות הלקוחה או בהעדפותיה לאחר תחילת הייצור עשויים להיות כרוכים בתשלום נוסף, שיימסר מראש.
מוצר פגום או שאינו תואם לתיאור
אם שמלה מגיעה עם פגם ייצור או אינה תואמת לתיאורה, אנא צרי קשר בתוך 14 ימים מקבלתה. נדאג לתיקון, החלפה או החזר כספי כנדרש בחוק, ללא עלות עבורך.

ניתן ליצור קשר בטלפון 972-51-535-8153 או בדוא״ל office@elihav-sasson.com. החזרים שאושרו יוחזרו לאמצעי התשלום המקורי בתוך פרק הזמן הקבוע בחוק.
This policy is provided in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981, and its cancellation regulations. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights.
Your statutory right to cancel
Under Israeli law, a consumer may generally cancel a distance-selling transaction within 14 days of receiving the goods or the transaction document, whichever is later.
Made-to-measure gowns
Every Elihav Sasson gown is produced specifically for the individual client, to her own measurements and specifications. Under section 14C(d) of the Consumer Protection Law, goods manufactured specially for the consumer are exempt from the standard right of cancellation. Accordingly, once production of a made-to-measure gown has begun, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Cancellation before production begins
If you wish to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible. Where work on your gown has not yet begun, we will cancel the order and refund you, less a cancellation fee as permitted by law (the lower of 5% of the transaction value or 100 NIS).
Condition of returned goods
Where a return or exchange is accepted under this policy or by law, the gown must be returned unworn, unaltered, and with all original tags attached. Items that have been worn, altered, or show any signs of use cannot be accepted.
Exchanges and alterations
Because every gown is made to measure specifically for you, it cannot be exchanged for a different style, size or colour. To ensure a perfect fit, reasonable alterations may be arranged by agreement; alterations required due to a change in the client's measurements or preferences after production has begun may be subject to an additional charge, quoted in advance.
Faulty or misdescribed goods
If a gown arrives with a manufacturing fault, or does not match its description, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. We will arrange a repair, replacement or refund as required by law, at no cost to you.
