The Ordering Process

Every Elihav Sasson gown is made to measure — a couture process built around you. Here is exactly what happens from the moment you order until your gown arrives.

1 · Place your order

Choose your gown from the Bridal or Evening collection and complete your order online.

2 · Payment — two options

Card payment online. Secure checkout via PayPal. Listed prices include a 5% card-processing fee.

Bank transfer via the studio. Contact us to pay by bank transfer at a reduced price, without the card-processing fee.

3 · A personal consultation

Once payment is received, the studio contacts you personally — special requests, personal touches, and a precise understanding of exactly what you dreamed of.

4 · Photos and video

You send us photos and a short video of yourself, so we understand your figure and proportions.

5 · Your measurements

You receive a guided measurement document (Tailor) and fill in your measurements step by step, with the studio's support.

6 · Order confirmation

Together we confirm every detail — design, adjustments, measurements and timeline — before work begins.

7 · Atelier production

Your gown is cut and sewn by hand in our Tel Aviv atelier, to your exact measurements.

8 · Final approval video

When your gown is ready, you receive a video of it for final approval before it ships.

Approved? Your gown is carefully packed and shipped to you, fully insured.

Have notes? Your comments return to the atelier, we refine, and send you an updated video — until you are happy.
